WHAT DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING & HANDLING?
For Fine Art transactions, you will be charged a $15.00 flat rate for all order values up to $149.99 and for order values $150.00 and above, the flat rate is $10.00 with the following provisions. There is no minimum order requirement at this time.
1. The shipping address for your order is located in the lower 48 U.S. contiguous states. For all other orders, you will be quoted a price for freight for your approval.
2. The items to be shipped meets the dimensional requirements of FEDEX/UPS for standard ground delivery. Items that do not meet these requirements will be shipped with a freight quotation for your approval before you order is shipped.
Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are all accepted at Asel Art Supply. Sorry, no COD's.
ARE YOUR PRICES ONLINE THE SAME AS IN YOUR RETAIL LOCATIONS?
Asel Art Supply has ten retail locations throughout the State of Texas which provide most but not all of the supplies listed for purchase on our website. There will be times when we may have some items available at lower prices in our retail locations based on current promotions, and there may be times that we have items available on our website at lower prices than in our retail locations. We reserve the right to change our pricing due to price increases from manufacturers.
All returns must be made within 5 days of receiving the shipment. Not returns after 10 days of receipt of shipment. Items must be returned in resellable condition. Please provide us with your name on the outside of the package upon return. Your package will be refunded based on your original price minus a 20% restocking fee.
